Celtic band gig moshing ftw!

I have a new favourite band! It's Mr Woolhead's awesome Celtic band and it's called Gan Ainm! :) I think it's pronounced "gone ahn-num" and it means "no name" in Gaelic, haha. How cool is that! They performed at the Esplanade Waterfront place last night and at first, I was quite sad cos no-one could go with me :( But I went anyway cos I really wanted to and I promised Mr Woolhead I'd go. I felt terrible when he was so enthu about telling our class about it and asking us to come down if we could, but there wasn't much of a response from the class. Sigh. That's one of the main reason why I absolutely HAD to go for his performance. The other was because I am totally in love with Celtic music. And the other other is because Mr Woolhead said he'd definitely be wearing a kilt, HAHA! And he did! It was SO worth it... Yeah, ok, so I managed to MRT down in time to catch the 2nd set and I sat up front by myself, haha. It was quite nice cos it was one of those introspective moments and I got a lot of alone time to think to myself about things I wouldn't normally have the time to think about, haha. But it was even nicer later cos MORE PEOPLE TURNED UP! Haha, this is probably going to sound quite bizarre but THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING YESTERDAY ONE OF THE AWESOMEST DAYS EVER, you know who you are :) Last night was INSANELY FUN! When the band played its third and last set, we all went up to the front of the stage to dance, it was like Celtic moshing HAHA. You have this whole mass of people running around, linking arms and going round and round, and the ground was like SOGGY GRAVEL so we kicked up quite a lot of stones and muck hahaha. My threshold for dizziness has always sucked quite bad (spinning teacups omg, they make me puke worse than roller coasters) and I had to stop and get my bearings quite a lot of times, I must've looked like some dazed idiot standing amidst all these crazy people dancing around me. But whatever, it was worth jiggling my brain about so much cos I had a BLAST. Some of us even tried to do Riverdance, haha. Keyword "TRIED", and you really couldn't blame us cos first, we were wearing skirts and second, gravel isn't exactly good stuff to Riverdance on. Haha, gosh, I've never had so much fun at a band gig in my entire LIFE. Oh and WELL DONE MR WOOLHEAD AND HIS BAND, the music was utter coolness :D

Big hug to everyone who made yesterday truly an awesome red-bottlecap-day for me. If you'd like to have your names mentioned, drop me a tag and I will do personal messages in an edit. I hesitate to mention names for reasons unspecified, haha. Also, thank you to
