THIS! IS! -

Well. It was horrendous. Fun at times, but still quite horrendous. It DID occur to me that I was getting myself into something I would most likely regret later, but the novelty of it got in the way of my better judgment, I guess. And so, against all logic and reasoning that is exclusively mine, I went ahead with the plan. It was deceptively simple, yet the execution was so utterly effort-consuming that yesterday was my most exhausting day of the year to date. I don't know how some people do it.

Whoever knew being nice for a day could be so hard?

Meranda and I decided to switch personalities for a day, termed OOC (Out-Of-Character) Day. The rules:

1.) You have to display at least three dominant traits of the person you swap personalities with, and these three traits must be as opposite to your own traits as possible.

2.) The Personality Swap is only in effect within school compounds and, in emergency cases, the art room. In extreme emergency cases, a formal swap-back of personalities (within the school compound but out of the art room) may be initiated by violently high-fiving the other party.

Yeah, ok, we made up quite a lot of stuff as we went along. Meranda had to be evil, violent, and hostile, while I had to be nice, good-tempered, and not make my usual snarky comments about people to their faces. Darn it all, the things we do to spice up our lives. I should just stick to bungee jumping off the Causeway using linked rubber bands for bungee rope :/ But at least the rules for OOC Day only covered OUTWARD behaviour, so all through the day I was making a mental list of people I would get back at on Monday. Yes, I SHALL HAVE MY VENGEANCE! WITH EXTRA INTEREST OVER THE WEEKEND! >:D The stress of it all proved quite unbearable for us though, so after class, Meranda and I literally ran out of the school gates to take a breather. The change was so drastic, the moment we crossed the gate, we started freaking out. I think the security guard must've been quite disturbed. Alas, we still had to go back in cos our stuff was in the canteen and we had Spectra later. So we steeled ourselves and crossed back over into The OOC Zone. One good thing that came out of OOC Day was the fact that we freaked out quite a few people along the way, especially Deborah from art class. And THE MOST worth it thing of all was witnessing Meranda doing what I do best: swearing and giving The Finger. Best XD

Monday has been assigned Kick Ass Day. All the people who took advantage of my niceness yesterday - wah, you're going to get it from me...

On a separate note, I am absolutely in love with 300 and Nine Inch Nails :)
